Open Response QuestionsSection BreakRamRide Secure works to provide CSU students with up to $150 in Lyft passes depending on the needs of the individual. Lyft Passes can be utilized for standard car rides or Spin E-Scooter and E-Bikes. An example is that a students receives 10, $15 Lyft credits to utilize for Lyft Car Rides if they are going to be without a vehicle and need access to transportation over extended distances. $15 is the average cost of a ride within the city of Fort Collins from the 2022 – 2023 school year. Another option is that a student could receive $50 in Lyft credits to utilized Spin E-Scooters and/or E-Bikes. The average cost of a scooter ride is less than $8 and therefore students would be able to use the $50 until the amount was depleted. And a third option could be that a student applies for RamRide Secure and would benefit from a bike rental for the semester. RamRide Secure's team will work with the student and The Spoke to coordinate a bike rental for the semester. Student will be responsible if the bike is damaged or goes missing.
